Abstract: ［Abstract］Objective〖HTSS〗To explore the clinical efficacy of compound fluoromepine ointment combined with Xiaoyin granules in patients with psoriasis vulgari and its effects on peripheral blood eosinophils P substance and neurokinin/tacheptide receptor 1(NK1R).
  〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗One hundred and twenty cases of psoriasis vulgari patients were selected as the observation subject, and the patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound flumetasone ointment, while the study group was treated with the Xiaoyin granules on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the scores of Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI) and NK1R, recurrence rate, the serum levels of interleukin-8(IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), the levels of P substance and NK1R in eosinophils and the adverse reactions between two groups were compared and analyzed.
  〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗After the treatment, the clinical efficacy in the study group was 91.67%, which was significant higher than that in the control group 76.67%(P＜0.05). The recurrence rate in the study group was 16.67%, which was lower than that in the control group 35.00%(P＜0.05) . The pruritus score, PASI score and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI) score in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the pruritus score, PASI score and DLQI score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the serum levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The proportion of eosinophil P substance and NK1R in peripheral blood in the two groups was significantly decreased, and the proportion of eosinophil P substance and NK1R in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).In addition, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P＜0.05).
  〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗The compound flumetasone ointment combined with Xiaoyin Granules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgari can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, decrease the levels of IL-8 and TNF-α, down-regulate the levels of P substance and NK1R in eosinophils, it is safe and worth further research and promotion.
