Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the effect of perfusion index and narcotrend index monitor on noxious stimulation and anesthesia in children after sufentanil general anesthesia.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓One hundred and forty patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia for laparoscopic sucrose fentanyl treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 70 cases in each group. The depth of anaesthesia was monitored by NTI in observation group and PI in control group to compare the changes in PI/NTI and anesthetic effects.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓BIS, SBP and HR during operation between the two groups had statistically difference(P<005), but the  difference between the two groups  and groups multiplied by different times were not statistically significant(P>005).  PI/NTI between groups, different times, and groups multiplied by different times had statistically significant difference(P<005). The positive ratio judged by PI/NTI in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<005). There were no significant difference in adverse reaction rates between the two groups(P>005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Monitoring of perfusion index and narcotrend index can better reflect the stimulatory response of sufentanil during general anesthesia in children, but the narcotrend index is more sensitive.
