Clinical diagnostic value of cells free ferrous protoporphyrin and thincytologic test for cervical lesions

Abstract:  Objective Toinvestigatetheclinicalvalueofcellsfreeferrousprotoporphyrin
(
FH ) andthin-cytologictest ( TCT ) inthescreeningofcervicallesions.Methods FH wasused
toexamine100patientswhohadbothTCTresultsandpathologicalexaminationresults.Based
ongoldstandardofpathologicalexamination ( >CIN Ⅰ wasdefinedaspositive ), thesensitivity ,
specificity , accuracy , positivepredictivevalue
, negativepredictivevalueofFHtestandTCT
were calculated , respectively.Results The sensitivity , specificity , accuracy , positive
predictivevalue , negativepredictivevalueofFH were82.
9% ( 58 / 70 ), 70. 0% ( 21 / 30 ), 79. 0%

clinicalvalueasTCT.ThemethodFHjointingTCTforcervicallesionsscreeninghashigher efficiency.
