Abstract:  Objective Toexplorethecurativeeffectandsignificanceofserum high-
sensitivityC-reactiveprotein ( hsCRP ) andvascularendothelialgrowthfactor ( VEGF ) ofpatients
withischemic cardiomyopathy and heartfailure with Sofren injection , to investigateits
pharmacologicaleffects.Methods Onehundredandtwentypatientswererandomlydividedinto
twogroups , 59casesasSofrengroupand61casesascontrolgroup.Thetwogroupsweregiven
conventionaltherapy.TheSofrengroupwasgivenSofrenInjection10 mL / dintravenousdrip
basedonroutinetreatment.Thetwogroupsweretreatedfor2 weeks.Thenleftventricular
ejectfraction ( LVEF ), leftventricularinternaldiameteratend-diastole ( LVIDd ) andthecontent ofserumB-typenatriureticpeptide ( BNP ), hsCRPandVEGFofthetwogroupswereanalyzed.
Results Comparedwiththepretreatment , thecontentofserumBNPandhsCRPoftheSofren
groupandthecontrolgroup weredecreased ( P <0.05 ), LVEFandtheserum VEGF were
increased ( P <0.05 ), LVIDdofthesafrengroupwasdecreased ( P <0.05 ), buttherewasno
significantdifferenceinLVIDdwiththecontrolgroup ( P >0.05 ) .LVIDdandcontentofserum
BNPandhsCRPofSofrengroupwerealllowerthanthoseofcontrolgroupafter2weeksof
treatment ( P <0.05 ), LVEFandthecontentofserum VEGF wereallhigherthanthoseof
controlgroupafter2weeksoftreatment ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion SofrenInjectioncanimprove
thesymptomsofpatientswithischemiccardiomyopathandheartfailure , decreasethecontent
serumBNPandhsCRPquickly , increaseLVEFandthecontentserum VEGF.Themechanism
mayberelatedtotheblockinginflammatoryreactionofatherosclerosis.
