Abstract: [
Abstract ] Objective Toobservethetherapeuticeffectofhyperbaricoxygencombinedwith
pregabalininthetreatmentofpainfuldiabeticperipheralneuropathy.Methods Onehundredand
sixpatients withdiabeticperipheralneuropathy weredividedintothreegroups : hyperbaric
oxygengroup ( Agroup ), pregabalin (
Bgroup ), hyperbaricoxygencombinedwithpregabalin (
C
group ), 35casesinAgroup , 35casesinBGroup , 36casesinC Group.Clinicaleffiencyand
electomyogram withcondutionvelocityofmedianandperoneuscommonnervewerecompared
after5 weeks.Results ClinnicaleffiencyingroupC was83.3% aftertreatment , which was
higherremarkablelythan group A ( 57.1% ) .There weresatisticaldifference ( P <0.05 ) .
CondutionvelocityofmedianandperoneuscommonnerveinCgroupwerehigherremarkablely thangroupAandB , thereweresatisticaldifference ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Hyperbaricoxygen
combinedwithpregabalinintreatingpainfuldiabeticperipheralneuropathy waseffectiveand
safety , whichprovidesaneweffectivemethodforthetreatmentofdiabeticneuropathy
