The clinical research of biomimetic electrical technique in prevention of  lower limb deep venous thrombosis in eldly patients after gynaecological laparoscope

Abstract: [ Abstract ] Objective Toassessthevalueofbiomimeticelectricaltechniqueintheprevention
oflowerdeepvenousthrombosisineldlypatienaftergynaecologicallaparoscope , andthereby
exploreasafeandeffectiveprophylaxismethod.Methods Thisstudyincluded120eldlypatients
over60yearsofageaftergynaecologicallaparoscope.Thepatientsweredividedrandomlyinto
groupA ( routinenursinggroup ), groupB (
elasticsockgroup ) andgroupC ( biomimeticelectrical
techniquegroup ) .Thebloodflow velocityandchangesinhemodynamicsofthepatientwere
determinedandcomparedamongthe3groups.Results Prothrombintime ( PT ), activatedpartial
thromboplastintime ( APTT ) ofgroupCarehigherthanthatofgroupAandBin3daysafter
operation , D-dimerislowerthangroupAandB.PT , D-dimerofgroupBishigherthanthatof
groupA ( P <0.05 ) .APTTofgroupBwasnostatisticallysignificantdifferencecomparedwith
groupC ( P >0.05 ) .Plasmaviscosity , erythrocytedepositedandplateletadhesionrateofgroupC
islowerthanthatofgroup AandgroupB.Bloodplasmaviscosity , Bloodplasmaviscosity ,
erythrocytedepositedandplateletadhesionrateofgroupBarelowerthanthatofgroupA ( P <
0.05 ) .SharesalwaysvenousbloodflowvelocityofgroupCisgreaterthanthatofgroupAand groupB , groupBgreaterthanthatofgroupA (
P <0.05 ) .Stocktotalveindiameterofthree
groupsvaluedifferenceshavenostatisticalsignificance ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusion Biomimetic
electricaltechniqueineldlypatientsaftergynaecologicallaparoscopecanacceleratethebloodflow
velocityinthelowerlimbdeepveinsandimprovebloodheightglutinousconditiontoeffectively
preventdeepvenousthrombosis.
