Abstract: Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of VEGF, vWF in serum and placenta of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods: in this study, 72 cases of gestational hypertension patients and normal control group (24 cases) as the research object, dB were measured VEGF, vWF expression. Results: mild, severe preeclampsia patients with higher expression of vWF the control group, and gestational hypertension, mild and severe preeclampsia group with low content of VEGF, there was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: VEGF in serum of patients with pregnancy hypertension, monitoring the expression of vWF, we can further understand the patient's condition changes and placenta, become an important indicator of the clinical diagnosis, prevention of disease.
