Analysis of the value of AFP combined with abnormal prothrombin in the early diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of liver cancer#br#

Abstract: [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To analyze the clinical value of combined detection of alphafetoprotein(AFP) and abnormal prothrombin(APT) in the early diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Fiftytwo patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and 38 patients with cirrhosis were selected, and 30 healthy subjects were randomly selected as the control group.The detection values of AFP and APT were compared among 3 groups. The specificity, accuracy and sensitivity of AFP and APT single or combine detected for HCC were compared. The relationship between AFP and APT in serum of HCC was analyzed.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The values of AFP and APT in HCC patients were significantly higher than those in liver cirrhosis group and normal group(P<005).The specificity of APT alone detection for HCC was significantly higher than that of AFP(P<005). The sensitivity of the combined detection of AFP and APT for HCC was significantly higher than that in the single detection(P<005).The specificity of combined detection of AFP and APT for HCC was significantly higher than that in AFP single detection(P<005). The sensitivity of the combined detection of AFP and APT for HCC was significantly higher than that in AFP single detection(P<005). The relationship of AFP and APT were independent, and there was no correlation between them through the analysis of scatter plots and Spearman correlation analysis(P>0.05).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓APT and AFP were important serological markers for clinical diagnosis of HCC, which could distinguish HCC and cirrhosis. Combined detection of AFP and APT could improve the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity, and the diagnostic specificity remained at a high level. They have a profound diagnostic value for HCC.
