Abstract: ［Abstract］ Objective〖HTSS〗〓To study and to analyze the effect of health management intervention on young and middleaged patients with prediabetes.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Fifty cases of young and middleaged patients with prediabetes in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. The period of management was 8 months.The control group was given routine management, and the experimental group was given health management intervention, including dissemination of relevant information, establishing internetbased health management mode, promoting the communication among the group members, leading patients to perform appropriate exercise, balancing psychological stress, and performing the coping skills training and carrying out diabetes health knowledge, giving certain social support, comparing and analyzing the clinical indexes such as fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose level, glycosylated hemoglobin level and the awareness rate of diabetesrelated knowledge before and after treatment in the experimental group and in the control group.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓While after treatment, the levels were decreased in the experimental group. The experimental group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. The awareness rates of diabetesrelated knowledge in the experimental group and in the control group were 96.0% and 68.0% respectively, the adoption rate of diabetesrelated health behaviors in the experimental group was also higher than that in the control group, there was statistical difference(P＜005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The effect of health management intervention in young and middleaged patients with prediabetes is relatively ideal, which can significantly improve the blood glucose level and enhance the understanding of diabetes knowledge, and it is worthy of clinical application.
