Abstract: [Abstract]Objective To analyze the relationship between c-Jun N-terminal kinase 3(JNK3) expression and myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. To investigate the effect of JNK3 overexpression on the patients with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
Methods Seventy-five patients with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury were selected. The expression of JNK3 mRNA in peripheral blood of patients was detected, and the high expression rate of JNK3 mRNA in different clinicopathological groups was compared.
Results The high expression rate of JNK3 mRNA in the <50-year-old group was higher than that in the ≥50-year-old group, the high expression rate of JNK3 mRNA in the reperfusion arrhythmia group was higher than that in the non-arrhythmia group, the high expression rate of JNK3 mRNA in the group with abnormally elevated myocardial enzyme was higher than that in the group without abnormally elevated myocardial enzyme, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the high expression rate of JNK3 mRNA between different genders(P<0.05).
Conclusion JNK3 was overexpressed in patients with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury with reperfusion arrhythmia and abnormally elevated myocardial enzymes, JNK3 can be used as a therapeutic target for patients with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
