Abstract: [Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate the chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay(CMIA) in the detection of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg), human immunodeficiency virus(HIV), hepatitis C virus(HCV), the value and application of four tests for treponema pallidum(TP) antibody transfusion. 〖WTHZ〗MethodsA retrospective analysis of 300 patients was performed in our hospital who performed the four tests before blood transfusion. CMIA was used to detect serum samples from patients, and then compared with clinical diagnosis results. 〖WTHZ〗ResultsThe results of CMIA detection of serum HBsAg, HIV antibody, TP antibody and HCV antibody were not significantly different from those of clinical pathological findings(χ2=0.000, 0.000, 0.267, 0.150, P>0.05). The CMIA for detecting HBsAg, HIV antibody sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and diagnostic coincidence rate were all 100%; CMIA for detecting TP antibody sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and diagnostic compliance The rates were 93.33%, 95.00%, 94.91%, 93.44%, and 94.17%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and diagnostic coincidence rate of HCV antibody detected by CMIA were 95.00%, 91.67%, and 91.93%, 94.83%, 93.33%, respectively. 〖WTHZ〗ConclusionIn the detection of four indicators of blood transfusion, CMIA and the pathological diagnosis results, although there are certain differences, showed good sensitivity and specificity, with high positive predictive value, negative predictive value and diagnostic coincidence rate.
