Abstract: ABSTRACT:Objective To evaluate the effect of nasal endoscopy operation combined with amphotericin B on fungal sinusitis nasal lavage.Methods Non-invasive fungal sinusitis patients 116 cases were randomly divided into endoscopic operation group (control group,n = 58)and amphotericin B sinus lavage combined with endoscopic operation group (experimental group,n =58),the patients were treated either with nasal endoscopic operation or amphotericin B sinus lavage combined with nasal endoscopic operation respectively,the analysis was made on two groups of patients in the treatment efficiency,healing time and postoperative recurrence.Results The effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group;the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group after the healing;after 12 months,the recurrence rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion Compared with simple endoscopic sinus operation,amphotericin B washing treatment associated with nasal endoscopic operation on non invasive fungal sinusitis is better in improving the treatment efficiency,as well as reducing the healing time and postoperative recurrence rate.
