摘要: [摘要] 目的 观察 PKH26 标记人脐带间充质干细胞( umbilicalcordmesencymalstemcells , UC-MSCs )在大
鼠子宫内膜的迁移分布情况,评价 PKH26 的标记和示踪效果。方法 分离、培养 UC-MSCs ,应用 PKH26 进行细
胞标记,将标记细胞经尾静脉移植入大鼠体内,荧光显微镜下观察细胞向子宫内膜迁移情况。结果 PKH26 标记
后细胞形态和生长活力无明显差别,荧光显微镜下可见几乎所有标记细胞呈红色荧光,主要分布于大鼠子宫内膜
腺上皮和间质中。结论 PKH26 荧光标记是一种安全有效的标记 UC-MSCs 的方法,可以用于干细胞移植方面的
研究。

Abstract: [
Abstract ] Objective Bylabelingthehumanumbilicalcordmesenchymalstemcells ( UC-
MSCs ) withPKH26 , themigrationofcellinendometriumofratswereobserved.Labelingand
tracingeffectsofPKH26wereevaluated.Methods IsolatedhumanUC-MSCswerelabeledwith
PKH26.Thelabeledcellsweretransplantedtoratsthroughcaudalvein.Thenthedistributionof
cellsinratendometrium wasobservedunderfluorescencemicroscope.Results Therewereno
detectabledifferencesincellmorphologyandgrowthafterPKH26labeling.Andthecellswere
mainlylabeledwithredfluorescenceunderinvertedfluorescence microscopeand were mainly
distributedin epithelialcells and stromalcells , in endometrial glandular epithelium and
mesenchyme.Conclusion Labelingthehuman UC-MSCswithPKH26isasafeandeffective
method , whichcanbeusedinthestudyoftransplantationofstemcells.
