摘要： ［摘要］〓
〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗通过精细解剖人体心脏，对其拍照，运用多媒体技术生成三维立体可旋转的数字化心脏标本，以网页和APP的形式展现，为医学生和临床实践提供指导。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗①解剖心脏，涂染血管；②编写剧本，介绍标本，完成录音；③标本置于转盘上，进行360 °拍照，合成3D可旋转心脏标本，插入剧本和录音，制作网页版课件和手机APP软件；④对手机APP使用情况进行问卷调查。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗网页版课件和APP制作成功,通过问卷调查网页版课件和APP有助于更好的学习心脏解剖。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗经问卷数据分析，3D实物心脏标本可适用于临床专业教学，便于对心脏结构的学习和理解。

Abstract: ［Abstract］ Objective〖HTSS〗〓To provide guidance for medical students and clinical practice through the fine anatomy of the human heart and taking the pictures of the specimen, as well as by using  multimedia technology to generate threedimensional rotating digital images in the form of web pages and APP.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓①Dissect the hearts and paint the blood vessel. ②Introduce the specimen,write scripts and record it. ③Place the specimen on the turntable, photo it for 360 degrees, insert the script and recordings,make web page version of the courseware and mobile APP software.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The web page version of the courseware and mobile APP software were made successfully, through the questionnaire, the web page version of the courseware and mobile APP help to better study the heart.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Through the  questionnaire data analysis, threedimensional physical heart specimen is suitable to clinical teaching, which is convenient for learning and understanding the hearts.
