Abstract: [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the relationship between the incidence of bone metastasis and primary tumor location or lymph node stage for colorecatal carcinoma.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A systematic search was performed in Wanfang database, CNKI, Pubmed, Ovid, EMBASE and Medline. A metaanalysis was performed to generate the OR and 95%CI for the relationship using Review Manager 5.0.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓A total of 10 studies and 21 702 cases were enrolled in this metaanalysis. Our findings indicated that the patients with rectal cancer had a higher incidence of bone metastasis than the patients with colon cancer, the OR and 95%CI was 1.91 and 1.65-2.21. The patients with positive lymph node had a higher incidence of bone metastasis than the patients with negative lymph node ,the OR was 3.22, and 95%CI was 2.09-4.96.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Primary tumor location and lymph node stage were associated with the incidence of bone metastasis.
