Abstract

Abstract: Objective Toinvestigatethe mindfulnesslevelanditscorrelation withself-
perceivedburdenandfamilyrehabilitationinelderlypatientswithhipfracturefixation.Methods
Mindful Attention Awareness Scale , Compliance Scale and Self-perceived Burden Scale
(
SPBS ) wereusedasevaluatingtoolstoanalyzethemindfulnesslevel , complianceandself-
perceivedburdenfortotally168casesofelderlypatientswithhipfracturefixation ; andits
correlation withself-perceived burdenandfamilyrehabilitationinelderlypatients with hip
fracturefixationcombiningthepatients'hipfunction ( HarrisScale ) and Daily Life Ability
(
Barthelindex ) wereanalyzedbyPearson.Results Thefamilyrehabilitationconditioninthe
highmindfulnesslevelgroup wasobviouslyhigherthaninlow mindfulnesslevelgroup ( P <
0. 05 ) .Logisticregressionanalysisshowedthatgender , age , chronicdiseasesaffectingbone
metabolism , operationtime , theleveloffallrisk , SPBSandthefamilyfunction werethe
influencingfactorsforpatientswithhipfracturefixation.Thecompliancebehaviorssuchassmoking , drinkinganddiet
, medication , rehabilitationexerciseandpostureprotectioninhigh
mindfulnesslevelgroupwereobviouslybetterthaninlow mindfulnesslevelgroup ( P <0. 05 ) .
Pearsonanalysisshowedthattotalmindfulnessscoreandeachsingleitemscorewerenegative
correlatedwithSPBS ( all P <0. 01 ) .Conclusion Themindfulnesslevelofelderlyhipfracture
fixationis higher , the self perceived burdenislighter and compliance higher , whichis
advantageoustofamilyrehabilitation.
