Abstract: 〗［Abstract］ Objective〖HTSS〗〓To assess the effect of art therapy on the improvement of symptoms and recovery of patients with schizophrenia.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Search involved the randomized controlled trials about the effect of art therapy on the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia in Cochrane Library, the JBI Database of Systematic Review, Pubmed, Wanfang, Chinese biomedical literature databases, VIP and CNKI. And the search time was Jan. 1980 to Jan. 2015. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the Metaanalysis was extracted and analyzed by RevMan 5.3 software.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓A total of 9 RCTs were included. The results of Metaanalyses showed the effect of art therapy auxiliary intervention(intervention group) was more effective in negative syndromes core as compared with the standardized treatment group(control group). Art therapy was more effective in improving the level of selfesteem than the control group. However, there was no significant difference in positive syndromes core and function rehabilitation score between the art therapy intervention group and the control group in.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓On the basis of standardized treatment, art therapy intervention can improve their negative symptoms and selfesteem in the patients with schizophrenia.
