Abstract ] Objective Tostudythereasonsandrelatedfactorsofabortionduringthe
childbearingagewomenfrom2010to2015.Methods Collected17717childbearingagewomen
whoreceivedabortionoperationfromjanuary-2010todecember-2015inthedepartmentof
obstetricsandgynecology , thefirsthospitalofShijiazhuangwereselected.Therearesixgroups
:
2010group : 2328cases , 2011group : 2634cases
; 2012group : 2982cases ; 2013group : 3241
cases ; 2014group : 3502cases ; 2015group : 3030cases.Accordingtodifferentstandards , there
aredifferentgroupsbyanalyzingproportionineachgroupofthepatients'age , maritalstatus ,
education , historyofabortion , abortionreasons , andtocomparedthesedifferences , andanalyzed
thecauseofthesechange.Results ThetotalnumberofabortionsincreasedyearbyyearIn
particular , painlessinducedabortion , unmarriedpatients , theabortionofunmarriedpeople
accountedforalargeproportionofthepopulation.Themainagesofabortionare20to30year
and30to40yearsold.Unwantedpregnancyisamajorcauseofthisabortion.Andtherateof
accidentalpregnancyandmissedabortionisincreasingyearbyyear.Conclusion Thenumberof
abortionissignificantlyincreasedinrecentyears.Especially , painlessartificialabortionin
unmarried , youngpeople , loweducationandothergroupswereincreasedsignificantly.
