Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the effect of P120ctn and Ki67 expression on breast cancer ultrasonography.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The breast cancer tissues of 124 patients with breast cancer who were examined and treated in our hospital. Analysis of the relevant biological samples was in accordance with the standard of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. The ultrasonic features of all the samples were analyzed, such as the edge, size, shape, calcification, lymph node metastasis, blood flow imaging and so on. The expression level of Ki67 and P120ctn in tissue samples was detected by immunohistochemical method, and their correlation with the ultrasonic features of breast cancer were analyzed.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The expression of Ki67 in breast cancer tissues was positive, and the expression of P120ctn in breast cancer tissues was negative. There was no significant difference in the expression levels of P120ctn and Ki67 between the tissues with different diameters and edges(P>005). However, the expression of P120ctn and Ki67 were significantly different in the tissues with different shape, different distribution of microcalcifications, different blood flow imaging grade and lymph node metastasis(P<005). The expression of P120ctn protein and Ki67 protein was related to the shape of the tumor, the distribution of micro calcification, the grade of blood flow imaging and the characteristics of lymph node metastasis. The expression of P120ctn and Ki67 were negatively correlated(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The results showed that there was a certain relationship between ultrasonic signs and the expression of P120ctn protein and Ki67 protein. Ultrasonographic signs can be used as noninvasive prediction of the expression of P120ctn and Ki67 protein in patients with breast cancer to provide more evidence for the degree of malignancy and prognosis of breast cancer.
