Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe the effects of doule analgesia instrument combined with labor ball on the delivery outcomes and postnatal depression for primipara.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 598 cases of primipara, according to the admission order and informed consent, were randomly divided into contro group(206 cases, with no any analgesic measures), DA group(142 cases, pregnant women who used the doule analgesia instrument), LB group(134 cases, pregnant women who used the labor ball ) and DL group(116cases, pregnant women who used the doule analgesia instrument combined with labor ball). Then the total labor time, the amounts of postpartum bleeding in first 2 hours, cesarean section rate, degree of labor pain(visual analogue scale,VAS), neonatal Apgar score, the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Rating Scale(EPDS) at 7 days postpartum and postpartum incidence of adverse events were observed.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The total labor time, the amounts of postpartum bleeding in first 2 hours, rate of cesarean section, VAS score, neonatal Apgar score and the EPDS scale in DA group, LB group and DL group were significantly decreased than that of control group(P<005). And the effects above in DL group were significantly effective than that of DA group and LB group, respectively(P<005). There was no any postpartum adverse events occurred in every group.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Using of doule analgesia instrument combined with labor ball can effectively shorten the labor time, decrease the postpartum bleedings, reduce the rate of cesarean section, reduce the maternal childbirth pain and prevent the postpartum depression.
