Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the relationship between the different psychological stress of first receiving in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVFET) women and their pregnancy outcomes.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓According to the result of Selfrating Depression Scale(SDS)  score, 240 infertility patients who undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer in our hospital in January, 2016 to December,2016 were divided into normal group and depression group. The differences of  SDS, Selfrating Anxiety Scale(SAS), and social support score, the rate of eggs, fertilization rate, cleavage rate, high quality embryo number, embryo availability rate and pregnancy rate were compared between two groups.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The two groups were similar in terms of age. The duration of infertility and the proportion of middle school education was significantly higher in the depression group than in the control group, the proportion of high school or vocational level training was lower in the normal group(P<0.05). The mean scores of SDS and SAS in the depression group were significantly higher than those in the normal group, and the average scores in the social support group were lower than in the normal group(P<0.05). SDS scores and social support scores have an impact on pregnancy outcomes.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The psychological condition of infertile patients affects the outcome of IVFET pregnancy. Paying attention to the psychological stress state and carrying out the corresponding nursing and guidance, may play a positive role in improving the success rate of IVF pregnancy.
