Abstract: ［Abstract］Objective〖HTSS〗To explore the establishment of digital radiography （DR） database in children and the application of quality control system.
  〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗From May 2017 to May 2018, 100 children′s chest DR image data after the establishment of DR database and quality control system were taken as the study group, and from April 2016 to April 2017, 100 children′s chest DR image data before the establishment of DR database and quality control system were taken as the control group. We have made statistics of DR data of children, and established a database. At the same time, we have analyzed the influence of body position, irradiation field, artifact foreign body and respiratory movement on the quality of children′s DR. We have gradually improved image post-processing technology, analyzed the reasons for poor image quality, and explored the clinical significance of establishing quality control system.
  〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The proportion of grade A tablets in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the proportion of grade C tablets was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05). The main factors that reduce the image quality included the patient′s improper position, moving artifact, respiratory motion blur, image post-processing, expiratory exposure and large irradiation field. The proportion of the patient′s improper position, moving artifact, respiratory motion blur, image post-processing, expiratory exposure and large irradiation field in the study group were lower than that in the control group(P＜0.0.05). The misdiagnosis rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P＜0.05）.
  〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗After the establishment of the children′s chest DR database and quality control system, the quality of shooting is obviously increased. The children′s chest DR database and quality control system should be promoted and applied.
