Abstract: [Abstract] ObjectiveTo investigate the curative effect of cobalt-chrome alloy inlayed porcelain crown, cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crown and zirconia all-ceramic inlay.
〖WTHZ〗MethodsA total of 120 patients with large area defects were treated with a total of 98 patients with a large area defect. According to the random number table method, it was divided into cobalt-chromium alloy high-inlay porcelain crown repair group, cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crown restoration group and zirconium dioxide all-ceramic inlay repair group, each group of 40, suffering from dental restoration after one year visit to observe the repair effect.
〖WTHZ〗ResultsThe chrome-chrome-coated porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns were better than those of cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crowns(P<0.05). Cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown repair group was superior to zirconia all-ceramic inlay repair group in restoration body integrity, secondary caries and color matching(P<0.05). The effect of Cobalt-chrome-based high-embedded porcelain-fused-to-metal crown restoration group was better than that of zirconia all-ceramic inlay repair group(P<0.05).
〖WTHZ〗ConclusionThe effect of cobalt-chrome-plated inlay porcelain crown and cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crown are better than that of zirconia all-ceramic inlay repair, and cobalt-chrome-based inlay retention stability in terms of better results, more suitable for repair of large area defects after the molar.

Key words: molar, zirconia all porcelain inlay, cobalt chrome alloy high inlay porcelain crown
