The therapeutic effect observation of the ultrapulsed CO2 laser in combination with Q-switch 532 nm laser on the treatment of the seborrheic keratosis

Abstract ] Objective Toevaluatethetherapeuticeffectandthesafetyofultra-pulsedCO 2
laserincombinationwiththeQ-switch532nmlaseronthetreatmentoftheseborrheickeratosis.
Methods Threehundredandseventy-fivecasesofoutpatientsdiagnosedasseborrheickeratosis
weredividedintothreegroupsequally , with125casesineachgroup.Treatmentgroupwastreated
withtheultra-pulseCO 2 laserandQ-switch532nmlaser.Controlgroup1wastreatedwiththe
ultra-pulseCO 2 .Controlgroup 2 wastreated with the multifunctionalelectricion therapy
apparatus.Results Theone-timecurerateintreatmentgroupwas96.8% , higherthanthatof
83.2%incontrolgroup1and78.4%incontrolgroup2 , thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant

P <0.05 ) .Generalcomplicationswerelowerintreatmentgroupthanthatcontrolgroup2 ( P <
0.05 ) .Thenumberoftotalcasesofcomplicationsintreatmentgroup waslessthancontrol
group.Andsuperficialscarincidencewas0.0% intreatmentgroup , which wassignificantly
lowerthanthatof7. 2%incontrolgroup2 , orthatof4.8%incontrolgroup1.Thedifference
wasstatisticallysignificant ( P <0.05 ) .Theincidenceoftemporarypigmentationwasstatistically
significantdifferenceamong3groups ( P <0.05 ), butthedifferencebetweentwogroupswasnot
statisticallysignificant ( P >0.05 ) .Theincidenceofpigmentlossrateamong3groupswasnot
statisticallysignificantdifference ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusion UltrapulseCO 2 lasercombinedwiththe
Q-switch532nmlaserintreatmentofseborrheickeratosisisasafeandeffectivemethod , which showsasignificantreducedincidencerateofsideeffects.
