Abstract ] Objective Toevaluatetheclinicalvalueofonestagedebridementforthe
treatmentoflumbarvertebraltuberculosis.Methods Twenty-onepatientswithsinglevertebral
spinaltuberculosisweretreatedbyone-stagefocidebridement , whosetreatmentandefficacy
werereviewedretrospectively.Results Allpatientswerefollowedupwellforanaverageof18. 5
months.Thespinaltuberculosisof21patientswereallcuredwithoutrelapse.Thefusiontimeof
intervertebralgraftwererangedfrom3to10months , withaveraged5. 2±1.3months.After2
weeksandthelastfollow-up , VASscoreanderythrocytesedimentationratewerestatistically
significant ( P <0.01 ) .Conclusion Thecurativeeffectofonestagedebridementforthetreatment
oflumbarvertebraltuberculosisispositive , andtherecoveryisfast.Onestagedebridement
treatmentoflumbarvertebraltuberculosisisaneffective methodfortreatmentoflumbar
vertebraltuberculosis , itisworthyofclinicalapplication.
