Abstract: [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle training in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Fiftynine cases of early maternal stress urinary incontinence were randomly divided into treatment group of 29 cases and control group of 30 cases. The control group was given traditional health education and pelvic floor muscle training, and the treatment group was given biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment and psychological intervention. The treatment effect of 3,6 and 12 monthes after delivery was compared.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The cure rate and effective rate of treatment group were significant higher  than that of control group(P<005) after 3,6 and 12 monthes. Pelvic floor muscle strength improvement rate of the treatment group respectively   higher than that of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<005). During the treatment of 2 groups, there was no adverse effect.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓 The biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle training can significantly improve the therapeutic effect in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
