Abstract: ［Abstract］ Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the effect of negative pressure closed drainage (vacuum sealing drainage, VSD) in the treatment of complicated infection wound.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Sixty patients with complex wound infection were retrospectively studied. The cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was used the traditional regular treatment, the observation group was used vacuum sealing drainage. Curative effect, healing time, pain score, and the cost of treatment of wounds in the two groups were compared.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The observation group in the therapeutic effect, healing time, pain score and the cost of treatment of wounds were superior to the control group(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The vacuum sealing drainage treatment of complicated infection wound is curative, the cost of treatment of wounds is low, and it can greatly reduce the pain of patients during treatment and psychological pressure, which is worthy of clinical application.
