Abstract: Objective　To observe the regulatory effects of fermented decoction of Liuweidihuang（LWDH）on the reactions of nonspecific immunity, cellular immunity and humoral immunity.Methods　The immunomodulating activity of fermented decoction of LWDH was studied by carbon clearance test, delayed type hypersensitive reaction (DTHR) induced by DNFB and hemolysin antibody test.Results　Femented decoction of LWDH 300mg/(kg*d)(for 14 d) enchanced the DTHR and increased the content of serum hemolysin antibody markedly(P<0.05 compared with decoction of LWDH),but had no significant effect on the carbon phagocytic index.Conclusion　The improving effects of fermented decoction of LWDH on the cellular immunity and humoral immunity were potent than those of decoction of LWDH.
