Abstract: Objective　To evaluate the diagnostic value of in　99Tcm-methoxyisobutyl isonitrile(99Tcm-MIBI) viral myocarditis.Methods　The routine rest and stress　99Tcm-MIBI SPECT were performed in 29 viral myocarditis patients and 15 normal controls.Results　13 patients (44.8 %) showed diffuse decreasing of radiodistribution,15 patients (51.7 %) showed focal decreasing of radiodistribution.Conclusion　The results indicated that the　99Tcm-MIBI tomography has practical clinical value in diagnosis of viral myocarditis.
