Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinic application of transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic surgery in treatment of upper digestive tract perforation. Methods By reviewing and analyzing the clinic data of transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic( 50 cases ) and traditional laparoscopic( 50 case ),the operation time, pneumoperitoneum time, postoperative intestinal peristalsis recovery time, hospitalization time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative analgesia, wound infection rate, and postoperative follow-up survey of two groups were compared. Results The observation group was better in the aspects of operation time, pneumoperitoneum time, bleeding volume, recovery time of intestinal peristalsis, application of analgesic drugs than the control group(P<0. 01),but the wound infection rate, hospitalization time showed no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic surgery in the upper digestive tract perforation repair is safe and feasible. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
