Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of the regular nursing intervention to burn patients after leaving the hospital. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into the control group and intervention group,60 cases in each group. The control group received routine discharge instructions and a return visit. The intervention group got 1-on-1 specific nursing interventions,and their self-control ability was strengthened and the control effect was overseen. Complete and objective experimental data were expressed in the form of a questionnaire according to the comparison analysis. Results Compared with the control group( all P﹤0 . 01 ),the pass rate of the special care intervention group was better in the third and sixth month and the number of the patients who got the best in the knowledge of mastery,self-management capacity assessment and compliance behavior was also predominant obviously. Conclusion The nursing intervention through regular intensive training can improve the self-management and control capability of the burn patients,effectively improving the anti-burn scar effects of the later treatment.
