Abstract: Objective To evaluate the value of 128 slice spiral CT in multi-planar TN staging of gastric cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 81 gastric cancer patients confirmed by pathology,the CT diagnosis and postoperative pathological findings,128 slice spiral CT in the assessment of tumor staging accuracy TN.Results 128 slice spiral CT diagnosis of gastric cancer T staging and postoperative pathological findings related(χ2 =128.936,P =0.000), good consistency(Kappa index= 0.784).The combination of the short diameter ≥ 5 mm phase density changes as a diagnostic criterion,the sensitivity of helical CT diagnosis of lymph node metastasis was 94.47%,specificity 70.42%,accuracy 81.32%.Conclusion 128 slice spiral CT can improve the diagnostic accuracy of T staging of gastric cancer.The CT image which shows a short path ≥5 mm gastric lymph node with the degree of enhancement can significantly improve the detection of lymph node metastasis.
