The application value of fetal umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery resistance index in predicting fetal hypoxia

Abstract ] Objective Todiscusstheapplicationvalueoffetalumbilicalarteryandmiddle
cerebralarteryresistanceindexinpredictingfetalhypoxia.Methods Atotalof120pregnant
womeninhospitalwasselectedanddividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroup , thecontrol
groupwith62casesofnormalpregnancy , theobservationgroupwith58casesoffetalhypoxia
pregnancy , theuseofcolorDopplerultrasounddetectionoffetalumbilicalartery , middlecerebral
artery , pulsatilityindex (
PI ), resistanceindex ( RI ) andpeaksystolicandenddiastolicvelocity
ratio ( S / D ), and calculatetheircorrespongdingratio , andthetwo groups ofdata were
statisticallyanalyzed.Results Theumbilicalarteryresistanceindexintheobservationgroupwas
significantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup ( P <0.01 ) .The middlecerebralartery
resistanceindex wassignificantlylowerthanthatincontrolgroup ( P <0.01 ) .Theratioof

abnormalitiestoreduceneonatalmortalityrate , guidetheclinicalintervention , improvethe
qualityofnewbornbirth.
