Abstract: objective: Explore YiSiLuo er before and after treatment in children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK - MB), norepinephrine (NE) level changes and clinical significance.Methods: a retrospective analysis of our hospital in December 2013 to December 2014 were the clinical data of 105 cases of children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease, set as observation group, give YiSiLuo treatment.Choose 103 cases of healthy children as control group.Observation group of patients before and after treatment of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK - MB), norepinephrine (NE) level changes, and analyzed.Results: the observation group of LDH, CK, CK - MB, NE levels were significantly higher than that of control group, P < 0.05).Compared with before treatment, YiSiLuo observation group after treatment of children with LDH, CK, CK - MB, NE were a marked decline in the level, all P < 0.05.Conclusion: YiSiLuo, treatment of children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease can significantly improve the myocardial enzyme levels and norepinephrine levels, effectively relieve myocardial injury.
