Abstract: objective: according to the concurrent autoimmune bullous sex skin disease in patients with psoriasis and the related factors and clinical features were analyzed.Methods: randomly selected during December, 2015 to February 2012, our hospital psoriasis concurrent autoimmune bullous dermatosis patients 20 cases, as the object of the present study of psoriasis concurrent autoimmune bullous dermatosis patients' clinical symptoms and related factors analysis of the disease.Results: in this study, patients with psoriasis concurrent autoimmune bullous sex skin disease in men than women, the main clinical symptoms of the patients with blisters, erosion, seepage, skin erythema, and psoriasis concurrent autoimmune bullous dermatosis occurring in the trunk, facial, pathology and immunology examination was performed, 9 cases of patients with skin histopathological examination confirmed, fluorescence immunology examination showed positive, 7 cases of 2 patients Dsg1 antibody positive, 2 cases of patients with anti BP180 positive antibody detection.For patients with drug therapy, the effect significantly, clinical symptoms will gradually subside.Conclusion: psoriasis concurrent autoimmune bullous skin diseases in clinical treatment, is a relatively rare disease, in the clinical treatment, to have the correct understanding of the disease, clinical symptoms of illness and characteristics, as well as the cause of the disease factors, which can make reasonable and effective treatment, help patients improve the clinical symptoms, the control condition as soon as possible, or cure of disease.
