Clinical study of effects of compound glycyrrhizin on postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in ovarian cancer patients

Abstract ] Objective Toinvestigatetheeffectsofglycyrrhizicacidinreducingtheside
effects , improving clinical symptoms and protecting liver function in the patients with
gynecologicmalignantovariancancerafterchemotherapy.Methods A totalof60casesof
patientswithovariancancerwererandomlydividedinto2groups : theobservationgroup ( n =30 )
andthecontrolgroup ( n =30 ) .Thepaclitaxel ( Toxal160-90 mg

carboplatin ( Carbo [ AUC=5 ], Day1 ) wereusedintwogroups.Thechangesofclinicalindexes
intwogroupswerestudiedafter4cyclesofchemotherapy.Thetreatmentgroupwasgivenwith
compoundglycyrrhizininjection ( 60 mLin10% glucosesolution250 mLintravenousinfusion ,
onetimeperdayfor10consecutivedays ), thentakingcompoundglycyrrhizintablet ( 150mgone
time , 3timesoneday ) .Thechangesofleukocytes , clinicalsymptoms , liverfunction , CD3
