Effect and clinical efficacy of lienal polypeptide injection on immune function of cervical cancer patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy

Objective Toobservetheeffectandclinicalefficacyoflienalpolypeptideinjection
onimmunefunctionofcervicalcancerpatients with neoadjuvantchemotherapy.Methods
Randomlyselected52casesofcervicalcancerpatients withneoadjuvantchemotherapy were
dividedintocontrolgroupandstudygroup.Patientsinthecontrolgroup weretreated with
paclitaxelplusnedaplatinchemotherapy , whilethepatientsinthestudygroupweretreatedwith
chemotherapyandLienalPolypeptideInjection.Theshort-term efficacy , adversereactionand
immunefunction werecomparedbetweenthe2groups.Results Theresponserateofstudy
groupandcontrolgroupwas65. 4% and61. 5%respectively , withoutsignificantdifference ( P >
0.05 ) .Thearrestofgastrointestinalreaction , bonemarrow , neurotoxicityandimpairmentof
liverfunctionofthestudygroupweresignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup , andthe
differencewasstatisticallysignificant ( P <0.05 ) .ThemeanvaluesofCD3

and
NK cellsinthestudy group wereimprovedto certain differentdegrees , with statistical
significancecompared withthecontrolgroup ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Thelienalpolypeptide
injectioncanimprovetheimmunefunction , reducethesideeffectsofchemotherapy , andhasthe effectofreducingtoxicityandincreasingtheefficiency.
