Abstract ] Objective Toinvestigatetheapplication ofdetachably patientpantsafter
transurethralresectionofprostate.Methods Twohundredandtenpost-prostatectomypatients
wererandomlydividedintoexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroup.Eachgroupwasassignedwith
105patients.Patientsinexperimentalgroup weardetachablepatientpants , andpatientsin
controlgroupweartraditionalpatientpants.Patientsatisfaction , theincidenceofurinarytract
infectionandthenurseworkingefficiency , hospitalizationtimeandpostoperativerecoverytime
wereobservedafterapplication.Results Theurinarytractinfectionsinexperimentalgroupwas
significantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup ( 21.9% vs 35.2% , P <0.05 ) .Perinealcaretime

Conclusion Thedetachablepatientpantsachievehighrecognition , whileimprovingpatient
satisfaction.Furthermore , thedetachablepatientpantssavenursestime , shortenthehospital
stayandpostoperativerecoverytime , reducechanceforurinarytractinfections.
