Abstract: ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the effect of health education path on the rehabilitation of patients with acute biliary pancreatitis (ABP).Methods One hundred patients with ABP were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,each group 50 cases.The control group adopted conventional health education way,and the experimental group used the chart of health education path to carry out health education,and the health education self-management cards designed by the department were distributed.Results After actively and carefully nursing,the experiment group was obviously better than the control group in management of psychologic status,comprehension of disease knowledge,self-care ability,the complication rate,the hospital stay time and patient satisfaction (P <0.05 or <0.01).Conclusion The health education path can significantly improve the psychologic status,boost the comprehension of disease knowledge and self-care ability,obviously cut down the complication rate,shorten hospital stay time and elevate patient satisfaction,and supply the optimization nursing and treatment for patients with ABP.
