Abstract

Abstract: ] Objective Toevaluatetheclinicaleffectofthreekindsofmaterialsofzirconia
crownsofposteriorteethin5years.Methods The240requiredcrownsofposteriorteethwere
dividedintothreegroups : Cerconzirconiagroup , WielandzirconiagroupandIrelandzirconiaall-
ceramiccrownsgroup.Eachgroupincluded80teeth.After5yearsofclinicalobservation , clinical
effectofdifferentgroupswasevaluated.Results Therewerenosignificantdifferenceamongthe
threegroupsinrepairsuccessrate 、 fractureincidencerate 、 theincidenceofmildgingivitis 、
measurementofedgedensity ( P >0.05 ) duringclinicalobservationof5years.Conclusion Three
kindsofzirconiacan be used asanidealtooth crown material , which meettheclinical
requirements.
