The long-term therapeutic effect of two operation methods on early breast cancer patients#br#

Abstract: [ Abstract ] Objective To analysisthelong-term clinicalresults of modified radical
mastectomyversuspartialmastectomywithaxillarylymphnodedissectiononphaseⅠ , Ⅱbreast
cancerpatients.Methods BreastcancerpatientsinphaseⅠ , Ⅱ ( n =100 ) weredividedintotwo
groups : modifiedradicalmastectomygroup (
controlgroup , n =50 ) andpartialmastectomywith
axillarylymphnodedissectiongroup ( observationgroup , n =50 ) .Survivalrate , transferrate ,
recurrentrate , performancestatusandscoresofsurvivalqualitybetweenthetwogroupswere
compared.Results Therewerenosignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroupsintermsof
survivalrate , transferrateandrecurrentratebetweenthetwogroups ( P >0.05 ) .Thereisan
increasingtrendintheperformancestatusinthetwogroups , andtheincreasedegreein
observationgroupsishigherthancontrolgroup.Scoresofqualityoflifeofthe2groupswereall
decreased.Theobservationgroupwaslowerthanthecontrolgroupandthedescendrangeinthe
observationgroupissmallerthancontrolgroup.Therewerestatisticallysignificantdifferencesin
theinteractionofthetwogroupsatthesametimebetweenthetwogroups , thedifference
betweenthetwogroups , andthedifferencebetweenthetwogroups ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion
Breastsectionexcisionandaxillarylymphnodedissectioninthetreatmentofearlybreastcancer
issuperiortobreastcancermodifiedradicalmastectomy.Itisworthyofclinicalapplication.
