Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To improve the blood resource utilization and to reduce the patients′burden and risk, and to summarize the characteristics of the frozen plasma(FP) infusion by analyzing the changes of FP infusion volume and infusion model in our hospital from 2011-2013.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Medical records of patients who have received the FP transfusion from 2011-2013 were investigated. We compare the infusion mode and the volume of FP.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓In 2011, a total of 981 patients used FP 9 186 U.  A total of 10 695 U FP was transfused to 1 000 patients in 2012 and there were 1 000 patients who used 13 967 U FP in 2013. The main aims of FP infusion were volume expansion, supplementing blood coagulation factors, adding serum albumin, collocation of large number of blood transfusion, and nutritional support. The infusion pattern of  FP using alone was reduced year by year. The proportion of joint cold precipitation and platelet transfusion mode were increased gradually.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓It is necessary for us to find the weaknesses in the course of blood transfusion based on the previous cases, and strengthen the training of doctors. We must promote reasonable standard mode of FP infusion in order to correct the unreasonable using of FP step by step.
