Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the role of DNAJC6 in the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma in vitro.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The effects of DNAJC6 expression on epithelialtomesenchymal transition(EMT) in HepG2 cells were detected by in vitro liver cancer cell culture, plasmid construction, transfection and reverse transcriptionpolymerize chain reaction.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Compared with the control group, the expression level of EMT related transcription factor in hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 transfected with DNAJC6 Twist1, Snail, Slug, ZEB1 was increased significantly(P<001). Mesenchymal cell markers Ncadherin and vimentin were upregulated(P<001). Epithelial markers Ecadherin and ZO1 were downregulated(P<001).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓DNAJC6 is involved in the process of hepatocellular carcinoma by inducing EMT.
