Abstract: ［Abstract］ Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the preventive effect of fluoridated foam on dental caries in sixyear old children with permanent teeth in Shijiazhuang.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The 1 518 children from the Shijiazhuang area were selected with the random sampling method, including 761 children as the experimental group, given fluoride foam treatment, the other 757 children as a control group, given routine dental treatment, followed by tracking 2 years sample of anticaries effect.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The caries prevalence rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜001). After 1 year of observation, the caries incidence rate in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜001). After 2 years of observation, the caries incidence rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜001). The dental remineralizative rate in experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P＜001). 
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The method of caries prevention with fluoridated foam has remarkable curative effect in Shijiazhuang area. It can effectively reduce the incidence of children's dental caries and reduce the prevalence of new dental caries in children, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
