Abstract:

[Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the clinicopathological features, immunophenotype, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and prognosis of Langerhans cell histiocytosis(LCH) in Langerhans.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Clinical data and histopathological features of 15 children with LCH were analyzed. The expression of Langerin, CD1a, S100 and CD68 in 15 cases of LCH and 15 cases of nonLangerhans cell histiocytic disorder(NLCHD) were detected by immunohistochemical method, and the clinical pathological significance was analyzed.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Histological features of 15 cases of LCH: Langerhans cell of the affected organs proliferated and proliferated. The cells were round, oval, nuclear, and irregular. Immunohistochemical characteristics: the expression rates of Langerin in LCH and NLCHD were 100% and 0% respectively(P<005), and the CD1a expression rates were 93.3% and 13.4% respectively(P<005). The expression rates of S100 were 100% and 86.7% respectively(P>005), and the CD68 expression rates were 26.7% and 20.0%, respectively(P>005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓In the pathological diagnosis of LCH, Langerin and CD1a are highly sensitive and specific, and can be used as the first immunohistochemical index.
