[Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the protective effect of Mtype potassium channel opening agent on myocardium of cardiopulmonary resuscitation rats.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 60 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(group A), cardiac resuscitation group(group B), Mtype potassium channel opener intervention group(group C), and there were 20 rats in each group. Four rats were sacrificed in each group at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after cardiopulmonary resuscitation recovery. The myocardium samples were collected, the myocardial parameters(superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde, cardiac troponin T) were detected, and the cardiac structure(left ventricular volume, ventricular septal thickness) were observed.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Compared with group A, the levels of superoxide dismutase at any time point in group B were all lower, and those in group C were higher than group B , the difference were significant(P<005). Both in group B and in group C, the levels of superoxide dismutase at 12 h and 24 h were all decreased gradually, but were increased at 48 h and 72 h, and the difference were significant(P<005). The levels of malondialdehyde , cardiac troponin T, left ventricular volume, and ventricular tachycardia at any time point in group B were higher than those in group A, and those in group C were lower than group B. The ventricular septal thickness of group C was thicker than that of group A 24 h after operation. Both in group B and in group C, the levels of malondialdehyde and cardiac troponin T at 12 h and 24 h were increased gradually, but were decreased at 48 h and 72 h. And the left ventricular volume were the same changes in group C. The difference were significant(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Mtype potassium channel opener can protect myocardial cells and reduce the impairment on myocardial of cardiopulmonary resuscitation rats.
