    Correlation analysis of heart rate variability and plasma homocysteine in patients with ischemic stroke#br#

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the correlation between heart rate variability(HRV) and plasma homocysteine(Hcy) in patients with ischemic stroke.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Among the patients in neurology department, ninetyfour cases that were diagnosed as ischemic stroke according to the imaging examination were colleted into case group, and eightytwo healthy volunteers for medical examination in our hospital were selected into control group. Neurological scores of case group were evaluated by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS), Hcy levels of both groups were tested by routine detection of enzyme linked immune method, and shortrange 5 min of HRV monitoring and HRV indices recording were conducted by spectrum analysis technology. We compared the Hcy levels and HRV values in two groups, and analyzed the relationship between Hcy, HRV and NIHSS in case group.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓①Compared with the control group, Hcy levels of case group was significantly higher(P<005). ②Compared with the control group, HRV time domain index RR interval standard deviation(SDNN), rootmeansquare successive difference(RMMSD), the percentage value of NN50 count(PNN50), low frequency(LF), high frequency(HF) of case group were all significantly decreased(P<005), and the frequency domain index that reflects sympathovagal balance index(LF/HF) increased significantly(P<005). ③NIHSS score in case group was positively correlated with LF/HF, and negatively correlated with all the other index of HRV. ④Hcy level in case group was positively correlated with LF/HF, and had a negative correlation with other indicators of HRV.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The level of Hcy and HRV are abnormal in the patients with acute ischemic stroke. Variation of HRV increases with aggravation of neurologic defect, and is closely related to the level of Hcy.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the effect of the Resveratrol on tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNFα) and interleukin 6(IL6) levels in rats with ischemic injury.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Thirtysix rats were divided into group A, group B and group C, with 12 rats in each group. The group A was the control group without treatment, and the group B and the group C were given resveratrol 25 mg/kg and resveratrol 50 mg/kg. The doubleantibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method was used to determine TNFα and IL6 levels in the brain tissue homogenate,and to detect the cell proliferation inhibition of resveratrol.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The TNFα and IL6 levels in group B and group C were significantly lower than those in group A, the TNFα and IL6 levels in group C were lower than those in group B, the differences were significant(P<0.05).

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the association of serum adiponectin(APN) levels with cognitive function in patients with obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 94 patients with OSAHS cared at our hospital and 93 healthy controls without OSAHS from the medical examination center were recruited. Data on demographic characteristics and clinical parameters were collected. APN was measured by enzymes linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Cognitive performance was assessed by the Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status(RBANS) and MiniMental State Examinatlon(MMSE).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓①Compared with controls, Serum APN levels and RBANS scores including immediate memory, visuospatial/constructional, attention, delayed memory and total scores were all lower in patients with OSAHS. ②APN was negatively correlated with body mass index, Homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance, apnea hypoventilation index and % nighttime spent with oxygen saturation<90%, but postively correlated with mean oxygen saturation. ③In patients with OSAHS, cognitive impairment group had lower levels of APN than noncognitive impairment group. ④Logistic regression analysis showed that APN was a protective factor of cognitive function in patients with OSAHS(OR=0.212, P=0.008); ⑤APN was postively correlated with RBANS scores including immediate memory, attention, delayed memory and total scores in patients with OSAHS.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Patients with OSAHS have lower serum APN levels and worse cognitive performance, and serum APN was postively correlated with their cognitive performance, suggesting that serum APN may be involved in cognitive deficits of patients with OSAHS.

    [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the effects of atorvastatin on airway inflammation and remodeling in rats with asthma.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓SD male rats were used as experimental animals. Twentyfour rats were divided into three groups randomly. The asthma group and atorvastatin group were sensitized and challenged by ovalbumin. Saline were used to be the sensitized and challenged drug in the control group. Airway resistance of the animals was measured by animal lung function meter. The airway inflammation was observed by pathological method. The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), transforming growth factorβ1(TGFβ1), matrix metallo proteinase9(MMP9) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase1(TIMP1) in serum were measured by ELISA. And the MMP9/TIMP1 ratio was also been calculated.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The airway resistance was higher in asthma group and atorvastatin group than that in normal control group. And the airway resistance was lower in atorvastatin group than that in asthma group(P<005). The inflammation observed by pathological method was obvious in asthma model group, and that were slighter in atorvastatin groups when compared with asthma model group. The levels of TGFβ1, VEGF, MMP9 and TIMP1 were higher in asthma model group and atorvastatin group than normal control group, and the MMP9/TIMP1 ratio in normal control group were lower than asthma group and atorvastatin group. The levels of TGFβ1, VEGF, MMP9 and TIMP1 were lower in atorvastatin group compared with asthma model group(P<005), but there was no obvious difference in the MMP9/TIMP1 ratio between asthma model group and atorvastatin group(P>005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Atorvastatin improve airway resistance, inflammation and remodeling in rats with asthma. Atorvastatin could decrease the serum levels of VEGF, TGFβ1, MMP9 and TIMP1, which may play important roles in prevention of inflammation and remodeling.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To analyze the effect of Lcarnitine on heart function, blood connective tissue, growth factor (CTGF) and Nterminal probrain natriuretic peptide (NTProBNP) of patients with end stage renal disease and dialysis.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 124 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected. All patients were divided into control group and observation group with 62 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with hemodialysis. The patients in the observation group were treated with Lcarnitine for chemotherapy. The cardiac function, CTGF and NTProBNP levels in the two groups were analyzed.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Compared with pretreatment group, the hematocrit(Hct) and haemoglobin(Hb) of the two groups were improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<005). Compared with the control group, the Hct and Hb of the observation group were improved significantly after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<005). Compared with pretreatment group, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), cardiac output(CO), cardiac index(CI) and stroke volume(SV) of control group and observation group were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P<005). Compared with the control group, the LVEF, CO, CI, SV, heather index(HI) and left ventricular mass index(LVMI) of the observation group were significantly improved after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<005). Compared with the control group, the levels of CTGF and NTProBNP in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<005), and the difference was statistically significant. The levels of CTGF and NTProBNP were significantly lower in the treatment group (P<005), and the difference was statistically significant.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓 Lcarnitine can improve the anemia and cardiac function of patients with endstage renal disease and hemodialysis, and reduce the levels of CTGF and NTProBNP, promote the repair of damaged cardiac muscle cells and restoring myocardial contractility of patients. It can provide reference for clinical treatment.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe and to explore effects of early fluid resuscitation on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with septic shock.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Fortyfive septic shock patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction were chosen. Patients who achieved the resuscitation goals(central venous pressure 8-12 mmHg, or 12-15 mmHg during mechanical ventilation, mean arterial pressure≥65 mmHg, urine volume≥0.5 mL·kg-1·h-1, central venous oxygen saturation≥70% after 6 hours treatment of early fluid resuscitation) were assigned into observation group(31cases). Patients who did not achieve the resuscitation goals were assigned into control group(14 cases). As the evaluation index of left ventricular diastolic function, the ratio of early diastolic mitral inflow velocity to early diastolic mitral annulus velocity(E/e′) was observed by bedside ultrasound. Meanwhile, the myocardial injury markers including cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and Nterminal probrain natriuretic peptide(NTproBNP) were observed.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The duration of mechanical ventilation and length of stay in intensive care unit were significantly shorter in observation group compared with control group, meanwhile the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and 28 daymortality were decreased significantly(P<0.05). E/e′ and NTproBNP in observation group were decreased remarkably after fluid resuscitation(P<0.05). E/e′, cTnI and NTproBNP were significantly lower in observation group compared with control group(P<005).

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the effects of optimal treatment in intensive care unit(ICU) on recovery of consciousness and neurological function in patients with post cardiac arrest syndrome.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 120 cases of patients with post cardiac arrest syndrome in ICU were randomly selected.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method. The patients in the control group were treated with routine ICU treatment, while the patients in the observation group received optimal ICU treatment.Recovery of consciousness and neurological function were compared and analyzed between the two groups.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Conscious rate at 1, 3, and 7 day after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<005). The classification of nerve function after treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<005). The rate of good prognosis in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<005). Hemodynamic parameters such as central venous pressure, cardiac index, global enddiastolic volumn index and so on in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<005).

    [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the effect of microRNA205 and aspartatespecific caspase3 expression on the biological behavior of glioma and its possible mechanism.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The expression of miR205 in 30 cases of glioma tissue and normal brain tissue was detected by realtime fluorescence quantitative PCR. The miR205 mimics, control mimics, miR205 inhibitor(miR205inhibitor) was introduced into U251 cells and the invasive ability of the cells was observed by Transwell assay. The effect of miR205 on caspase3 was tested by bioinformatics and fluorescent protein reporter assay. The expression level of caspase3 protein and the number of cell clones in U251 cells were studied by RNA interference technique.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The expression of miR205 in glioma tissue was lower than that in normal brain tissue(P<005), and 28 cases of glioma tissue were 28 times lower than that of miR205. The miR205 mimetic or miR205 inhibitor was transfected into U251 cells and found that miR205 mimics were significantly higher than those of control at miR205 expression levels, and that of miR205 was lower than that of control. The difference was statistically significant(P<005). The expression of caspase3 protein in U251 cells transfected with miR205 mimics was higher than that in control transfected cells(P<005). The fluorescence value of miR205 mimics+pcDNA3Wt cotransfection group was significantly higher than that of control and miR205 mimics+pcDNA3Mut(P<005). The miR205 mimetic group was transfected into miR205 mimetic group, and its cell clone formation was significantly less than that of the control group and the blank group. After transfection of miR205 inhibitor, the cell clone formation was more than that in the blank group(P<005).

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To analyze the clinical efficacy of double micro catheter technique in patients with endovascular embolization and its effect on cognitive function of patients.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Eighty cases of intracranial wide necked aneurysms were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly, and each group had 40 cases. The observation group was treated with endovascular embolization through double micro catheter technique, while the control group was treated with selfexpanding stent(LEO stent) and coil embolization. The patients were followed up for one year, and the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were observed. The patient′s cognitive function was evaluated by the MiniMental State Examinatlon(MMSE) 1 years after the operation.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%, significantly higher than 77.5% of the control group(P<001). The MMSE score of the observation group and it′s 5 dimensions of attention, memory, orientation, language ability and memory ability were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<001). The total incidence of postoperative complications was 5% in the observation group and 15% in the control group, and the different was not significant(χ2=1.250, P>005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The clinical effect of double micro catheter technique for treating endovascular embolization is remarkable, and it can improve the postoperative cognitive dysfunction. It has higher clinical value.

    [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the normality of the recurrent laryngeal nerve in the thyroid surgery to monitor the appropriate intensity of the stimulus and the latency, in order to evaluate the clinical value of intraoperative laryngeal protection and predict the degree of nerve injury.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Prospective collection of clinical data from 35 patients who underwent thyroid surgery and the use of intraoperative nerve monitoring, with 45 lesions with risk of injury. According to the normalized neural monitoring process, the recurrent laryngeal nerve was directly stimulated with the current intensity of 0.1-3 mA, and the amplitude of the electromyographic signal was recorded. The optimal current intensity was measured at each stage of the intraoperative nerve monitoring. With 1 mA current to stimulate the recurrent laryngeal nerve into the throat, from the larynx 1 cm, 2 cm away from the larynx, record the corresponding latency, and to calculate the conduction velocity of recurrent laryngeal nerve.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Stimulation current greater than or equal to 0.5 mA, the stimulation of the recurrent laryngeal nerve in the nerve monitor are displayed on the amplitude and the maximum amplitude, and these amplitudes are stabie. When the stimulus current is less than 0.5 mA, the amplitude is lowered to the point where it cannot be read out as the stimulus current decreases. With 1 mA current to stimulate the 42 recurrent laryngeal nerves into the throat, from the larynx 1 cm, 2 cm away from the throat, respectively, we get the latency t0, t1, t2. When the conduction distance is 1cm, the conduction time is(t1-t0),(t2-t1),(t2-t0) / 2 respectively. There was no significant difference in the conduction time and the conduction velocity between the three groups.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The optimal current stimulation intensity is 0.5 mA, also it is the threshold. We identified the latency of the recurrent laryngeal nerve, and calculated the conduction velocity of recurrent laryngeal nerve is 4 cm/ms. We can calculate the distance from the damage point to the effector according to the latency when the recurrent laryngeal nerve is damaged.

    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Sixtynine patients with definite diagnosis of urinary calculi were treated with kidneyureterbladder(KUB), Tomos technology and dual source CT. The quality of the image was graded and compared by the image diagnosis physician.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The image quality of dual source CT and Tomos technology is better than that of KUB plain film. The image quality of dual source CT is better than that of Tomos technology. The positive rate and diagnosis rate of dual source CT and Tomos technology were higher than those of KUB scan, the difference was statistically significant(P<005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The Tomos technology improved the detection rate of ureteral calculus and significantly improved the image quality, which played a useful supplement role in the clinical examination of the lithiasis.

    [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the relationship between the incidence of bone metastasis and primary tumor location or lymph node stage for colorecatal carcinoma.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A systematic search was performed in Wanfang database, CNKI, Pubmed, Ovid, EMBASE and Medline. A metaanalysis was performed to generate the OR and 95%CI for the relationship using Review Manager 5.0.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓A total of 10 studies and 21 702 cases were enrolled in this metaanalysis. Our findings indicated that the patients with rectal cancer had a higher incidence of bone metastasis than the patients with colon cancer, the OR and 95%CI was 1.91 and 1.65-2.21. The patients with positive lymph node had a higher incidence of bone metastasis than the patients with negative lymph node ,the OR was 3.22, and 95%CI was 2.09-4.96.

    [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the method and curative effect of interventional treatment of iliac vein compression syndrome(IVCS) secondary lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 96 cases with iliac vein compression syndrome secondary to the left lower extremity deep vein thrombosis were selected. To clear the diagnosis through the lower limb vein, iliac venous ultrasound and lower extremity venous imaging were used, All patients were accepted catheter contact thrombolysis and percutaneous transluminal angiography. Sixtyseven cases were set into recycled inferior vena cava filter, thirteen cases were accepted pure balloon expansion, 83 cases were accepted balloon expansion combined with stents implantation(iliac vein residual stenosis>50%).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The lesions were successfully opened in 96 patients. The dosage of urokinase and the time of thrombolysis were(297.6±49.3) million units and(4.9±1.3) d, respectively. At 1 week after operation, the knee circumference was 10 cm and 10 cm below the knee. The radial difference between the uninjured side and the uninjured side was significantly less than that before the treatment(P<005). The patients were followed up for 6-30 months. DVT recurred in 14 cases during the followup period. There were 1 cases of acute thrombosis in stent. The Villalta score was 5-14 in 14 patients. There was no significant difference in the rate of deep vein patency between balloon dilatation and balloon dilatation with stent implantation 6 months after treatment(P>0.05). The patency rate of deep vein treated by balloon dilatation and balloon dilatation combined with stent implantation in 2 years after treatment was lower than that in 6 months after treatment, the rate of deep vein patency with balloon dilatation and stent implantation is higher than that of simple balloon dilatation(P<005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓There is no need to stent implantation to the patients with iliac vein severe stricture secondary to the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. Interventional treatment of IVCS secondary left lower limb DVT has good shortterm and longterm efficacy and high safety. balloon expansion combined with stent implantation is better than that of balloon dilation alone.

    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓One hundred and thirtyeight patients including 78 cases of clinically diagnosed as moderate and 60 cases of severe intrauterine adhesions were divided into the experimental group(n=69 cases) and the control group(n=69 cases) randomly. The control group was treated with artificial cycle after hysteroscopy, the experimental group was treated with combined GnRHa. The clinical effects of two groups of patients with menstrual cycle recovery and postoperative recurrence were compared.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓There was no significant difference between the 2 groups in volume of uterine cavity(P<005). The improvement rate of menstruation in the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<005);the intrauterine readhesion rate was lower than that of control group(P<005). After 3 months of operation, the VAS score and CA125 level of the experimental group and the control group were significantly decreased(P<005), but the results in the experimental group was better than the control group(P<005). The pregnancy success rate in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<005).

    [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the value of hearing screening combined deafness genes detection in clinical application by analyzing the data from 23 763 newborns in Shijiazhuang.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Newborn babies undergo simultaneous hearing screening and common deafness gene testing at 3 d after birth. The twostep screening method was used in hearing screening. Otoacoustic emission(OAE) was used at the beginning of the screen and OAE+automated auditory brainstem response was used on those who failed the first screening. Common deafness genes were detected by fluorescent PCR. Finally we analyzed the statistical datas of combined screening.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓20 443 from the 23 763 newborns passed first hearing screening and the passing rate was 86.03%(20 443/23 763). 3 087 newborns recept the second hearing screening and 2 964 passed it. The second passing rate was 96.02%(2 964/3 087). 960 newborns carried mutations of common deafness genes and the carrier rate was 4.04%(960/23 763) from the random population of 23 763. The carrier rate was 16.26%(20/123) in those 123 infants unpassed the hearing screening who were called high risk population. Signification differences were observed between the two groups of random and high risk(P<0.05). Finally 5 cases were diagnosed as hearing loss in the 37 newborns who were recalled for audiological diagnosis. We found a 235delC homozygous mutation and a 235delC/299300delAT compound heterozygous in GJB2 gene and 2 cases of IVS72A>G  homozygous mutation and a IVS72A>G/ 2168A>G  compound heterozygous in SLC26A4 gene among the 5 hearing loss. The 235delC/299300delAT compound heterozygous was diagnosed as moderate deafness and the others were profound hearing loss.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The synchronous detection for clinical application could expand the scope of deafness prevention and improve the detection rate of neonatal deafness effectively. It contributes to the early detection of neonatal hearing disorders and provides early individualized targeted prevention. It can provide targeted medical advice and intervention for children with hearing disorders.

    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Perinatal data and shortterm outcomes of 139 VLBWI were prospectively collected, all of whom were enrolled in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The overall incidence of BPD was 17.3%(24/139). The overall inhospital mortality was 32.4%(45/139). The composite incidence of BPD and/or death was 41.0%(57/139). The incidence of BPD in the surviving children was 25.5%. Thirtyseven patients in the dead children died after the family abandoned treatment. Low gestational age, respiratory distress syndrome(RDS), high Score for Neonatal Acute Physiology Perinatal ExtensionⅡ(SNAPPEⅡ) and intrauterine infection were the independent risk factors for BPD and/or death.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The mortality and/or incidence of BPD of the VLBWI who required respiratory support remained high in this hospital. The withdrawal of care was a major contributor to the high mortality. Low gestational age, RDS, high SNAPPEⅡ and intrauterine infection were the independent risk factors for BPD and/or death.

    [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe the effect of edaravone on hypoxicischemic brain damage(HIBD) in neonatal rats and to investigate the protective effect of edaravone on brain through p38MAPK/matrix metalloprotein9(MMP9) signaling pathway.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Neonatal rats were randomly assigned to the sham operation group, the HIBD group, the edaravone group, the SB203580 group(n=16, each group). The surgical procedure of HIBD was described previously. Ischemic penumbrae of the cerebral cortex were harvested to determine superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA). Measurements of MMP9 in the brain samples were performed using ELISA. Measurements of extracellular signalregulated kinase1/2 (ERK1/2), cJun Nterminal kinase 1/2 (JNK1/2), p38MAPK, pERK1/2, pJNK1/2, and pp38MAPK concentration in the brain samples were performed using western blot analysis.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The neurological function score and cerebral water content of the HIBD group, edaravone group and SB203580 group were significantly higher than those in the sham operation group. The activity of SOD was lower than that in the sham operation group, and the content of MDA and MMP9 were higher than those of the sham operation group. The neurological function score and cerebral water content of edaravone group and SB203580 group were significantly lower than those in HIBD group. The activity of SOD was higher than that of the HIBD group, and the content of MDA and MMP9 were lower than those of the HIBD group(P<005). The contents of JNK1/2, pJNK1/2, p38MAPK and pp38MAPK in HIBD group were significantly higher than those in the sham operation group, edaravone group and SB203580 group, and the contents of ERK and pERK were significantly higher than those in the sham operation group(P<005).

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on neuronal apoptosis in neonatal rats with cerebral ischemia and hypoxia, and to explore the effect of dexmedemidine on neurological function and longterm learning and memory ability.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Hypoxicischemic encephalopathy(HIE) was built for the model of cerebral ischemia and hypoxia. Ninety sevendayold(P7) SpragueDawley rats were randomized into five groups: sham operation group(S), the HIE group(R), the dexmedetomidine(25 μg/kg) group(D1), the dexmedetomidine(50 μg/kg) group(D2), the yohimbine group(5 μg)(Y). P7 rats were operated without hypoxia in S group, and continued hypoxia for 2 h in R group. After HIE 2 h, P7 rats were pretreated with different concentrations of dexmedetomidine(25 μg/kg,) in D1 group, and pretreated with dexmedetomidine(50 μg/kg) in D2 group and yohimbine(5 μg) in Y group. After 24 h, the expression of caspase3 was detected. Neurological deficit scores were used to evaluate neurological function. For 4 weeks after the intervention, Morris water maze test was used to evaluate the changes in learning and memory ability.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓HIE in R group induced the upregulation of caspase3 and neurological deficit scores, compared with S group(P<005). Dexmedetomidine(25 μg/kg, 50 μg/kg) and yohimbine pretreatment markedly downregulated the expression of caspase3 and neurological deficit scores, compared with R group(P<005). The escape latency of R group was increased compared with S group, and reduced with D1, D2, Y group at 2th,3th,4th and 5th day after training(P<005). The escape latency of both D1 and D2 group were reduced at 2th,3th,4th and 5th day, and increased time of target quadrant compared with R group, and reduced compared with S group(P<005). Neurological deficit scores and the expression of caspase3 were significantly reduced in Y group compared with D1 and D2 group(P<005). There were not significant differences between D1 and D2 group in neurological deficit scores, the expression of caspase3 and Morris water maze test.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓 HIE causes neuronal apoptosis in the hippocampus of neonatal rats, and decrease the ability of learning ang memory in longterm neonatal rats. The expression of caspase3 was inhibited by dexmedetomidine pretreatment(25 μg/kg, 50 μg/kg), which reduced the apoptosis of neurons . Dexmedetomidine treatment for neonatal rats during HIE could improve the longterm learning and memory ability of neonatal rats.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the clinical evaluation and diagnostic value of transvaginal sonography on uterine cavity volume, blood flow in patients with intrauterine adhesion.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 64 cases of patients with gynecological uterine adhesion were selected as study group. And 60 cases normal female were selected as control group. They were examined by hysteroscopy during the middle and late menstrual cycle. The endometrial thickness, uterine cavity shape, internal flow and echo, 3D build endometrial database, uterine volume, vascularization flow index(VFI), flow index(FI), vascularization index(VI) of two groups were compared.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓There were totally 64 cases with uterine cavity adhesion in this study, including 20 cases of type I, radiographic images showed intrauterine small adhesion; 30 cases of typeⅡ, radiographic image showed intrauterine more than fibrous or membrane adhesion; 8 cases of type Ⅲ, radiographic images showed the uterus was narrow, the uterus extensive dense adhesion; 2 cases with type IV, radiographic image display for cervical adhesion; 4 cases radiographic images not showed intrauterine adhesions. The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions was 93.75%.The endometrial thickness of study group was significantly lower than the control group. The endometrial thickness of study group was inhomogeneity, echo heterogeneity. The uterine cavity shape is irregular. The threedimensional uterine cavity is irregular and the internal blood flow signals are sparse. The endometrium of the control group was clearly defined, echo was uniform, the threedimensional uterine cavity is regular in shape and triangular in shape, internal blood flow signals are abundant. The uterine volume, VFI,FI, VI of study group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The ultrasonic image of the patient showed that the volume of the uterus decreased and the parameters of the blood flow decreased. Transvaginal ultrasound can objectively evaluate the uterine volume and blood flow changes, and provide a reference value for clinical diagnosis, which is worthy of popularization and application.
