    [Abstract]]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To study the unique expression of the quorum sensing in the bacteria biofilm formation.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓We selected multidrug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains. Then we compared the two genomes in the rapid growth phase and biofilm state.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓In the same cell, the expressions of genes in the rapid growth phase and biofilm stage were different. The most significant factors in the expression of genes were the outer membrane proteins and the regulation of intracellular pathways. In the biofilm state, these regulators played a crucial role in the formation and maintains. Among them, the quorum sensing was one of the most important regulatory factors. It was significantly increased in the biofilm state.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The formation of bacteria biofilm could cause the long term survival of Acinetobacter baumannii. In the biofilm, the bacterial strain was continuously protected, resulting in increased resistance to the strain and repeated chronic infection in the hospital. The formation and morphology of the biofilm were relied on the regulation of quorum sensing. It may be involved in the regulation of biological behavior and contact among colonies in biofilms, so that the biofilm can be maintained as a whole.

    To study the protective effect of noninvasive delayed limb ischemia preconditioning(NDLIP) on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Thirty healthy male SD rats randomly divided into 3 groups, Shamoperated group, ischemicreperfusion group and NDLIP group(n=10/group). Rats in NDLIP group were subjected to 5 minutes ischemia/5 minutes reperfusion on the left hind limb once a day for 3 consecutive days, then all rats were subjected to cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. The Shamoperated group gave the same anesthesia and operation, but did not carry out the occlusion of the common carotid artery. The shamoperated group and ischemicreperfusion group were not performed NDLIP operation. The expression of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) was detected by the kit. The protein expression of Bax, Bcl2 and Caspase3 were detected by Western blotting.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Compared with the rats in the Shamoperation group, the contents of the hippocampal MDA, Bax and Casaspe3 were significantly higher in the ischemicreperfusion group. Compared with the rats in the ischemicreperfusion group, the contents of the hippocampal MDA, Bax and Casaspe3 were significantly decreased in the NDLIP group. Compared with the rats in the Shamoperation group, the contents of the hippocampal SOD and Bcl2 were significantly decreased in the ischemicreperfusion group. Compared with the rats in the ischemicreperfusion group, the contents of the hippocampal SOD and Bcl2 were significantly increased in the NDLIP group.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓NDLIP could significantly reduce the occurrence of apoptosis and oxidative stress damage after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, it has protective effect on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.

    [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the correlation of uric acid, total antioxidant capacity(TAC), malondialdehyde(MDA) and clinical prognosis in patients with ischemic stroke.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 162 acute ischemic stroke patients were included. The general clinical data, the total antioxidant capacity, superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde, uric acid levels were collected. At 14 days, the scores of modified Rankin Score>2(mRS>2) was defined as poor prognosis and mRS≤2 points was defined as excellent outcome.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The history of diabetes, previous stroke or transient ischemic stroke(TIA) incidence of poor outcome group was higher than that of the good outcome group, diastolic blood pressure, uric acid, TAC, triglyceride and high density lipoprotein(HDL) level were lower than that in the good outcome group, MDA and fasting blood glucose levels are higher than good outcome group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that past stroke or TIA history, MDA was an independent risk factor for ischemic stroke, and uric acid, HDL, and TAC were prognostic factors. Uric acid level was positively correlated with TAC and prognosis, which was negatively correlated with MDA.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The patients with higher levels of uric acid level has lower level of oxidative stress, and better clinical prognosis.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To evaluate the effect of clinical intervention on reducing homocysteine (HCY) levels in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or with high HCY, and to prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓CNKI, CBM, Pubmed, OVID and other databases were retrieved by “heart and cerebrovascular disease”, “homocysteine”, “HCY”, “intervention”, “cardiovascular disease” and “homocysteine”. RevMan 5.3 software was used for Metaanalysis.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓A total of 15 randomized controlled trials(45 611 patients) were included. According to the results of Metaanalysis, the difference of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease or stroke between the experimental and the control group was statistically significant. For the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease (0<x≤24, 24<x≤48 and 48<x≤72 months),the pooled OR(95% CI) were 0.390(0.260-0.600), 0.980(0.840-1.160), 0.840(0.730-0.970) in subgroups. For the relapse of stroke, the pooled OR(95% CI) were 0.780(0.620-0.990), 0.320(0.210-0.480) in subgroups were divided according to the treatment plan.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓It has a protective effect on cardiovascular disease if control the intervention time(0<x≤24 and 48<x≤72 months) when interfering with the level of HCY. Folic acid, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin B6 have preventive and therapeutic effects on the occurrence and relapse of stroke. It is suggested that the intervention HCY as secondary prevention measures for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe the role of different drugs on proliferation and regeneration of islet beta cells in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) rats.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓SpragueDawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group, T2DM group,liraglutide group, sitagliptin group and rosiglitazone group, 20 in each group.Normal control group was given normal diet and the other experimental groups were given high fat diet. After eight weeks, the high fat diet group was intraperitoneally injected with streptozotocin 30 mg/kg, and the liraglutide group, the sitagliptin group and the rosiglitazone group were treated for 4 successive weeks. The other groups were treated with normal saline by subcutaneous injection. The blood sample was collected before and after 4 weeks of treatment. Hematoxylineosin staining was used to observe the islet cell histology change. TdTmediated dUTP nick end labeling was used to detect apoptosis of islet cells. Realtime fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression of pancreatic duodenal homeobox1(PDX1) gene in rat pancreatic islet cells.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓After treatment, compared with the T2DM group and that before treatmemt, the level of fasting blood glucose in the liraglutide group,sitagliptin group and rosiglitazone group was distinctly lower(P<005), the structure and the number of islets were significantly better, the level of apoptosis rate was lower(P<005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Liraglutide, sitagliptin and rosiglitazone could significantly improve the glucose. The effect of liraglutide on decreasing the body weight was better than that of rosiglitazone and Sitagliptin. Liraglutide, sitagliptin and rosiglitazone could significantly increse the number of pancreatic islet beta cells and decrease the islet cell apoptosis rate, the effect may be associated with an increased expression of PDX1 gene, the effect of liraglutide was better than that of rosiglitazone and Sitagliptin.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the mRNA expression level of zincfinger transcription factor2(SNAI2) gene in clinical tissues, and to identify the effect of SNAI2 on the proliferation and invasion of glioma cancer cells U251.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 37 cases of patients with malignant glioma was selected in our hospital. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RTPCR) was used to detect the mRNA level of SNAI2 in tissues and to analyze the relationship between the expression and the clinical pathological data.In vitro, we set up a stable SNAI2 interference(shSNAI2) of glioma cells. The ability of cell proliferation was detected by MTT colorimetric assay(MTS). The ability of cell invasion and metastasis was detected by scratch assay, Western blot was used to detect the expression of Ecadherin, vimentin and Zo1, related with epithelial mesenchymal transition(EMT).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The expression of SNAI2 in highgrade gliomas was significantly higher than that in low grade gliomas, benign meningiomas and normal brain tissue, and the expression of SNAI2 in low grade gliomas was significantly higher than that in benign meningiomas and normal brain tissue, and the difference was statistically significant(P<005). Spearman correlation analysis was used to compare the relationship between the expression of SNAI2 and the clinical pathological data of patients, and the results show that the expression of SNAI2 and the patient's gender, age and body weight were not statistically related. There was a positive correlation between tumor size and tumor size and tumor grade(P<005). The results of MTS experiment showed that the proliferation ability of cells in each group increased with time, and the proliferation ability of shSNAI2 cell line was significantly lower than that of control cell line(P<005). The results of scratch repair showed that the ability of cell migration of shSNAI2 cell line was significantly less than that of control cell line. The results of Western blot showed that the expression of Ecadherin and Zo1 in shSNAI2 cell line was increased, and the expression of Vimentin was decreased(P<005), and the difference was statistically significant(P<005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓SNAI2 is highly expressed in human brain gliomas, and is closely related to the size and grade of tumor. It can promote the proliferation and metastasis of glioma cells and the occurrence of EMT.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the expression of TGFβ1, Slug and Ecadherin in  cholangiocarcinoma tissues and their clinical significance.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of TGFβ1, Slug and Ecadherin in 70 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 20 cases of paratumor tissue. The clinical significance were analyzed. The correlation between expression of TGFβ1, Slug and Ecadherin was analyzed by Spearman analysis method.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The positive expression rates of TGFβ1, Slug and Ecadherin in cholangiocarcinoma tissue were significantly different from those in paratumor tissue(P<005). The positive expression rates of TGFβ1 and Slug were significantly higher in lymph node metastasis and hepatic artery or portal vein invasion patients than those in no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)and hepatic artery or portal vein invasion patients(P<005). The positive expression rates of Ecadherin were significantly lower in lymph node metastasis and hepatic artery or portal vein invasion patients than those in no lymph node metastasis(P<005)and hepatic artery or portal vein invasion patients(P<005). There was a positive correlation  between TGFβ1 and Slug expression in cholangiocarcinoma(rs=0.658, P=0000). There were  negative correlations between TGFβ1 and Ecadherin(rs=-0.527, P=0000). The expression of Slug was negatively correlated with the expression of Ecadherin(rs=-0.526, P=0000).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The abnormal expressions of TGFβ1, Slug and Ecadherin may play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of cholangiocarcinoma.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the clinical efficacy of superior mesenteric artery(SMA) catheter thrombolysis in the early treatment of acute superior mesenteric venous thrombosis(ASMVT).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Six cases of ASMVT treated with SMA catheter thrombolysis were reviewed. The diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the patients were analyzed.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓In 6 patients, except for 1 cases undergoing laparotomy for intestinal resection, the remaining treatments were successful with no obvious complications. The blood circulation rate of the mesenteric vein in the interventional treatment reached 60.0%, and the abdominal symptoms disappeared. The patients were followed up for half a year to 2 years, and 1 cases relapsed.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Interventional therapy has the advantages of less trauma, simple operation and less complications. For patients without necrosis of the ASMVT, early intervention with adequate anticoagulation may improve patient outcomes considerably.

    [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the application and shortterm efficacy of laparoscopic comeplete mesocolic excision(CME) with a medicaltolateral approach for right colonic cancer.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Clinical data of 47 cases of right colon cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Twenty cases in observation group underwent laparoscopic CME and 27 patients in control group received the traditional open surgery. Demography, surgical procedure, operation indicators and shortterm outcomes were compared in two groups.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓All patients have undergone operations successfully. The operative time in CME group was longer than that in the control group, the number of harvested lymph node in CME and control group respectively,intraoperative blood loss, and the postoperative hospital stay in CME and control group respectively, which both were significantly different(P<0.05), whereas the incidence of postoperative complications in two group were not significantly different(P>0.05).

    [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the effect of Survivin gene expression on human renal carcinoma cell 786O proliferation.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓RNA inteference was used to transfect human renal cancer cell line 786O and silence Survivin gene expression. Expression of Survivin mRNA and protein were detected by reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction(RTPCR) and Western blot assay, respectively. Change of PCNA protein expression was measured meanwhile. The proliferation of 786O cells was evaluated by MTS assay.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Compared to control siRNA/786O and nonsiRNA/786O, Survivin siRNA/786O displayed reduced Survivin expression of mRNA and protein(P<005). Expression level of PCNA protein was also downregulated significantly in Survivin siRNA/786O cells(P<005). No significant differences of Survivin mRNA, Survivin protein and PCNA protein were found between control siRNA/786O and nonsiRNA/786O(P>0.05).  Proliferation activity of all three groups of 786O cells showed increasing trend obviously. The level of siRNA/786O cells proliferation was significantly lower than other groups. There were statistically significant differences between groups, at different time point, also analysis of interaction between groups with time point revealed statistical significance(P<005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓RNA interference of Survivin gene can downregulate expression of Survivin mRNA, Survivin protein and PCNA protein expression with decreasing the proliferation activity of cells. The present study revealed underlying influence of Survivin gene expression on malignant proliferation of renal cancer.
    Effect of ibandronate on intervertebral fusion of lumbar spondylolisthesis patients after surgery

    [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the effects of ibandronate on intervertebral fusion the lumbar spondylolisthesis patients underwent lumbar posterior decompression and interbody fusion and internal fixation.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Sixtythree cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis patients were underwent lumbar posterior interbody fusion and internal fixation. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to different postoperative drug use. The experimental group of 33 patients used 3mg ibandronate for 120 minutes by slow intravenous a week after surgery, every 3 months for 24 months. The control group of 30 patients did not use the application of ibandronate drugs. The two groups were evaluated on the low back pain Oswestry Dability Index(ODI) score, lumbago leg pain symptoms Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score, bone density, Xray and CT examinations  before and at the last followup and the clinical symptom score, intervertebral height, fusion rate and bone mineral density were compared between the two groups.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓At the end of the followup, pain ODI score and VAS score of two groups were significantly lower than those before operation, the experimental group was lower than the control group according to the ODI score and VAS score of the lumbago(P<005). The height of the intervertebral space of the 2 groups was smaller than that of the postoperative, the height of the intervertebral space of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, loss of intervertebral height was less in experimental group, and the interbody fusion the rate of experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The bone mineral density of the lumbar spine and the bone mineral density of the left femur were higher in the experimental group than in the control group, the bone mineral density of the lumbar spine and the bone mineral density of the left femur were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Application of ibandronate can promote interbody fusion, improve the symptoms of low back pain after the posterior lumbar decompression and reduction and interbody fusion.

    [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ulinastatin combined with somatostatin in the treatment of digestive tract hemorrhage in neonates with digestive tract malformation.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Fortytwo neonates with digestive tract hemorrhage after digestive tract malformation were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table, each with 21 cases. The control group was treated with somatostatin on the basis of routine hemostasis, and the observation group was treated with routine hemostasis+somatostatin+ulinastatin. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓the clinical curative effect of observation group than the control group, the total efficiency of treatment was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Observation group of gastrointestinal decompression drainage test of occult blood clearance time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05), 24 h decrease in hemoglobin was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Adverse reactions of the 2 groups had no significant difference in the rate of total body the difference(P>0.05).

    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓One hundred and thirty patients with HIE were randomly assigned to group A(rhuEPO adjuvant therapy) and group B(conventional therapy), 65 patients in each group. And 65 cases of healthy newborns were choosen into the group C in order to compare the treatment effect, adverse rate of difference and the differences of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), Caspase3, ACT A and neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA) observed on the day of treatment, 1 week of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment between group A and B.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Group A efficiency(92.3%) was higher than group B(70.7%), the difference was statistically significant(P<005); The levels of SOD, MDA, Caspase3 and ACT A in group C were not significantly changed in the different time points, while the levels of SOD in group A and group B were significantly higher, there was significant difference in the intergroup, interpoint, and intergroup/hourtime interactions among the three groups(P<005). The levels of ACT A in group A and B were increased gradually, there was significant difference in the intergroup, interpoint, and intergroup/hourtime interactions between the three groups(P<005). The levels of Caspase3 in group A and B were increased first and then decreased, there was significant difference in the intergroup, interpoint, and intergroup/hourtime interactions between the three groups(P<005). The level of MDA in group A and B were decreased gradually, in the intergroup, interpoint, and intergroup/hourtime interactions between the three groups(P<005). The NBNA scores of group A and B were gradually increased, there was significant difference in the intergroup, interpoint, and intergroup/hourtime interactions between the three groups(P<005). The incidence of adverse reactions in A group(7.7%) were lower than the B group(30.8%), the difference was statistically significant.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Capspase3 and ACT A are involved in the pathophysiological process of HIE, and rhuEPO is used to treat HIE, which is beneficial to reduce the oxidative stress injury and levels of Caspase3 and ACT A.

    [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the effects of core strength training(CST) on related factors of fall risk and bone mineral density(BMD)of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Fortyfour patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were enrolled in the study. According to the random number table, the patients were divided into CST group(n=22) and control group(n=22). Patients in both groups received conventional drug treatment. Meanwhile, patients in the CST group were given core strength training 60 minutes three times a week for 24 weeks. All patients were assessed with the balance function assessment system, the timed up and go test, the 30second chair stand test, the Tinetti gait score, the degree of lower back pain score and the BMD examination before and after the treatment.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓After the treatment, the center of press Xaxis、 center of press Yaxis、 coverage of 90% ellipse area and length in function of surface(LFS) index results at eyes opened and closed mode in two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and the center of press Xaxis、 center of press Yaxis、coverage of 90% ellipse area and LFS index results at eyes opened and closed mode in the CST group were lower than those in the control group(P<005).     [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓Alternative complement pathway plays important roles in the pathogenesis and development of choroidal neovascularization(CNV). Complement factor B(CFB), an essential factor for the alternative complement pathway, has been considered as a target to block the activity of complement. In this study, we aim to investigate the inhibitive effects and the potential mechanism of recombinant CFBsiRNA in the CNV.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Fortyfive Brown Norway rats were randomly divided into: blank control(n=15), subject to no treatment; control group(n=15), which was subject to CNV induction by laser photocoagulation, followed by administration of normal saline(0.5 μL) via caudal vein injection one day before the expression peak of CFB, and test group, which was subject to laser photocoagulation to induce CNV, followed by administration of CFBsiRNA(0.5 μL/75 μg) via caudal vein injection one day before the expression peak of CFB. The injection of normal saline and CFBsiRNA was performed every two days for thrice. Fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) was performed on day 3, 7, 14, 21, and 28 after laser photocoagulation. Photocoagulation score was determined according to the leakage of the fluorescein, based on which to detect the growth of CNV. Expression of CFB, VEGF, and BFGF in the retina and the choroid was measured using immunohistochemical method.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓FFA showed that the difference of CNV incidence between the experimental group and the experimental group was statistically significant at 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after photocoagulation(P<005). In the blank control, the expression of CFB, VEGF, and BFGF in the retina and choroid was comparatively lower as revealed by immunohistochemical method. For the expression of CFB, peak value was obtained 3 days after photocoagulation in the experimental and control group, followed by downregulation of CFB. Low content of CFB was still detected 7 days after photocoagulation, while the expression was stable from day 14 to day 28. In the control group, significant upregulation was observed in the BEGF and BFGF 7-14 days after photocoagulation, and reached the peak value on day 21 after photocoagulation. In the experimental group, downregulation of BFGF and BFGF was noticed on day 14, 21, and 28 after photocoagulation.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe the effects of Resveratrol(RES) on diabetic rats with retinopathy, and to explore its mechanism.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Fortyfive cleaning degree healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, control group,model group and RES group(n=15/group). The diabetic rats model were established by streptozotocin intraperitoneal injection. One week after modeling, rats in RES group was administrated intraperitoneally with RES(40 mg/kg, 10 mL/kg) once daily for consecutive 6 weeks. After treatment, the blood glucose and body weight of different groups were measured. The expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNFα) and interleukin1β(IL1β) in retina of different groups were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), hypoxia inducible factor1α(HIF1α), methane dicarboxylic aldehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum of different groups were detected by ELISA.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The blood glucose of model group and RES group was higher than control group, body weight of model group and RES group was lower than control group(P<0.05), there were no significantly difference between model group and RES group(P>0.05). The expressions of TNFα, IL1β, VEGF, HIF1α and MDA in model group and RES group were higher than that of control group. The e expressions of TNFα, IL1β, VEGF, HIF1α and MDA in RES group were lower than that of model group(P<0.05).     〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Fortyfive cases of vocal nodules diagnosed by stroboscopic laryngoscope were selected as the treatment group, and 45 normal children as control group. Multidimensional speech analysis was carried out by computer speech station 4150B type speech analysis system.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Among children with vocal nodules after 2 weeks′ nonsurgical treatment,26 cases were cured, 11 cases got better, 8 patients were improved. In treatment group before and after treatment, fundamental frequency(Fo), highest fundamental frequency(Fhi), Jita, Jitter, Shimmer, amplitude perturbation quotient(APQ), noise to harmonic ratio(NHR) were higher than that in the control group. In treatment group after treatment, Jita, Jitter, Shimmer, APQ, NHR were lower than the group before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The acoustic parameters of vocal nodules in children can be evaluated objectively by computer voice acoustic testing, which can be used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of vocal nodules in children. The voice acoustic parameters of children with vocal nodules are significantly different from those of normal children. Children with vocal nodules of vocal training and voice rehabilitation is of great significance to improve children's voice quality, training and drug treatment combined with voice can improve the patient′s pronunciation function, which is worthy of promotion.

    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Of 21 patients with TSC, the group of typical cortical tuber was 9 cases, another group was 12 cases. Subependymal nodule appears as isointensity or hyperintensity on T1weighted images and hypointensity on T2weighted images. Mean cortical tuber count in cystlike cortical tuber group was more than the count in typical cortical tuber group(P<005). There was no significant difference in the average number of subependymal nodules between the 2 groups(P>005). Mean ADC value of cystlike cortical tuber group was higher than the value of typical cortical tuber group(P<005).

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To evaluated dezocine for preventing catheterrelated bladder discomfort(CRBD) after laparoscopic surgery in general anesthesia.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓 Forty  patients(ASA ⅠorⅡ)undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into two groups:dezocine group(group D) and control group(group C), 20 cases in each. Group D received dezocine  0.1 mg/kg, or group C received normal saline 2 mL 20 min before the end of operation. The operation time,the consciousness recovery time and extubation time were recorded. The MAP, HR and SpO2 were recorded after the surgery(T1), during extubation(T2), 5 min(T3) and 10 min after extubation(T4), respectively. In the postanesthesia care unit severity of CRBD and sedation  scale was assessed,the incidence of the adverse reaction were also compared.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The two groups of MAP and HR were all increased first and then decreased,and SpO2 was downward trend. MAP, HR and SpO2 had statistically significant differences in two groups compared with groups, different time points and groups·time points(P<005). The severity of CRBD in group D was reduced significantly compared with those in group C (P<005), Ramsay sedation scale at extubation later was better in group D than that in group C(P<005).
