妊娠期糖尿病早期对血清Nesfatin1、IL6、TNFα及APN表达水平的影响

〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗探讨妊娠期糖尿病早期对血清摄食抑制因子1(Nesfatin1)、白细胞介素6(interleukin6,IL6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factorα,TNFα)及脂联素(adiponectin,APN)表达水平的影响。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗选取在河北省唐山市妇幼保健院建档并行孕早期(11~13周)检查的103例孕妇作为研究对象,根据孕中期口服糖耐量试验检测糖代谢是否正常分为试验组(47例)和对照组(56例)。对2组孕中期一般情况(包括年龄、身高、体重、孕检时间)及孕早期血清Nesfatin1,APN、IL6、TNFα炎性因子水平进行比较。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗2组孕中期年龄、身高、孕后体重、孕检时间差异均无统计学意义(P>005);试验组孕早期血清Nesfatin1及IL6、TNFα水平高于对照组,而APN低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<005)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗通过检测妊娠早期血清Nesfatin1及APN、IL6、TNFα等炎性因子水平,可对妊娠期糖尿病起到早期预测作用,以便更早对妊娠期糖尿病进行干预,从而减少母婴并发症的发生。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe the effects of early stage in gestational diabetes mellitus on expression levels of Nesfatin1 , interleukin6(IL6), tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα) and adiponectin(APN).
 〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Followup method have been used in this trail,all the subjects were chosen from pregnant women who accepted health care in our hospital, a total of 103 cases, which means all the subjects were pregnant for 24 weeks,and at this moment, 75 grams of glucose tolerance screening tests were applied to them, abnormality has been examined .The normal control group was selected from the volunteers who had no abnormalities during the same period, 56 cases were included. The general conditions of the 2 groups(including age, height, weight, pregnancy test time), serum Nesfatin1 and APN, IL6, TNFα inflammatory factors in the early pregnancy were compared.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓There was no significant difference in the age, height, weight, pregnancy examination time and other signs between the experiment group and the control group(P>0.05). The levels of serum Nesfatin1 and IL6 and TNFα in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group at the early stage of pregnancy, while APN was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The detection of inflammatory factors such as serum Nesfatin1 and APN, IL6 and TNFα levels in early pregnancy can play an early role in predicting gestational diabetes mellitus. Early intervention on gestational diabetes mellitus can reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications.
