盐酸雷尼替丁分子印迹膜电极的制备与应用研究

摘要: [摘要] 目的 建立一种测定盐酸雷尼替丁药物含量的新方法。方法 以盐酸雷尼替丁为模板分子,邻苯二胺
和甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,采用循环伏安电聚合法,制备盐酸雷尼替丁分子印迹膜电极,采用差分脉冲伏安法考察
峰电流与盐酸雷尼替丁溶液浓度的关系。结果 盐酸雷尼替丁在 3.010×10
-7 ~6.172×10 -6
mol / L 浓度范围内,
峰电流与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为

423c+0.00002 ( r =0.9951 )。结论 该电极具有良
好的选择性、重现性、稳定性、准确性,可用于盐酸雷尼替丁药物含量的实际测定。

Abstract: [ Abstract ] Objective To establish a new method for determination of ranitidine
hydrochloridedrugcontent.Methods Byusingranitidinehydrochlorideastemplate , andusingo-
pheny-lenediamineaswellasmethacrylicacidasfunctionalmonomer , wepreparedthemolecular
imprintedpolymermembranesensorofranitidinehydrochlorideonthesurfaceofaglassycarbon
electrodeby using cyclic voltammetry ( CV ) electropolymerization method.Electrochemical
behaviorofthesensorwascharacterizedbyCV anddifferentialpulsevoltammetries ( DPV ) .
